It's 99 years since Tibet's last proclaimation of independence, and since the Chinese occupation has denied the Tibetan people the right to express their views on their nation, the 1913 proclaimation remains the last legitimate statement of Tibet's status.

Dharamsala: Tibetan Sports Association (TSA) is organizing the 18th Gyalyum Chemo Memorial Gold Cup (GCMGC) Football Tournament at Upper TCV School Ground from 26th May to 5th June 2012 The tournament is held in loving memory of the late mother of His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama. Venezuela and Libya have been dropped from the "under surveillance" category while India and Kazakhstan have been added to it.
